Mutual expectations

  • Be punctual
  • Avoid distractions and background noise
  • Be logged into the financial planning tool
  • Meetings are done via Zoom to foster collaboration. Cameras do not need to be turned on.

FAQs

  • Meetings are available 7 days a week. If a time shows as available, you may book it.
  • Client cancellations or reschedules with 48+ hours’ notice have no repercussions.
  • Client changes within 48 hours or no-shows may be subject to the following:
    • First meeting of an engagement: No fee, but your 30-day engagement window begins on the originally scheduled date.
    • Later meetings: The next meeting begins a new engagement window with billing and discounts reset to meeting #1.
  • If DIWY Financial Planning cancels or reschedules:
    • Your rescheduled meeting is free,
    • Your 30-day engagement window resets, and
    • All meetings in the new 30-day engagement window are billed at the lowest hourly rate stated in your Financial Planning Agreement.
